Your Visit

We are happy to welcome your delegation for a visit to LUE. Please contact the director of the International Office (nina.jaeger(at)ph-ludwigsburg.de) to plan your visit. You are welcome to tell us in advance about the aims of your visit, the people you would like to consult with and the subject areas you are interested in. Please inform us about the planned duration of your stay and the expected members of your delegation.

Please note that delegation visits should ideally not take place during the lecture-free period (July to the beginning of October, February to the beginning of April) and during the Christmas holidays (mid-December to 6th January).

If you are an international student, you will find information on the following pages. 

The incoming section in the International Office is responsible for international exchange students who usually study in Ludwigsburg for one or two semesters. Degree-seeking International students who are should contact the Director of Studies. 

Ludwigsburg is located north of the state capital Stuttgart and can be easily reached by S-Bahn (local train service) from Stuttgart Airport and Stuttgart Central Station.
