Meet Our International Partners

INVITE 2.0 thrives through collaboration with leading universities and educational institutions across Europe:

Universities

INVITE 2.0 collaborates with four partner universities to enhance internationalisation in teacher education through joint programmes, mobility opportunities, and interdisciplinary learning.

School Networks

We also collaborate with schools in Southern Europe, including German schools in Rome, Milan, Madrid, and Barcelona, providing students with international teaching internships.

Bilingual School Network (Germany and Partner Countries)

As part of INVITE 2.0, the expansion of a bilingual school network in the Ludwigsburg area is planned.

This includes creating profiles of international school partners to promote these opportunities among students and developing a dedicated webpage for the school partnership network.

German Schools in Southern Europe

The project has established partnerships with several German schools in Southern Europe, specifically in:

  • Rome, Italy
  • Milan, Italy
  • Madrid, Spain
  • Barcelona, Spain

These schools host teaching internships for students participating in the mobility windows, providing hands-on teaching experience in an international, multilingual environment.

International Partner Schools

The school network extends to partner institutions associated with the project’s collaborating universities:

  • Denmark: University College Copenhagen's partner schools.
  • Netherlands: HAN University of Applied Sciences bilingual schools.
  • Norway: Oslo Metropolitan University-affiliated schools in Oslo, such as Brannfjell Skole, Vika Schule, and Edvard Munch Schule.
  • Romania: German-speaking schools in Cluj-Napoca, linked to Babeș-Bolyai University.

Exchange and Teaching Opportunities

From the academic year 2026/2027, combined study and teaching internships will be available at:

  • Cluj-Napoca (Romania)
  • Oslo (Norway)
  • Nijmegen (Netherlands)
  • Copenhagen (Denmark)

These internships will continue throughout the project period until 2029.
