• Train-the-Trainer Programme: Preparing peer mentors to support outgoing students.

Students receive ongoing support while abroad through:

• Synchronous Support: 10 virtual check-ins per semester, moderated by trained e-tutors.
• Asynchronous Support: Access to online resources and discussion forums.
• Peer-to-Peer Mentoring: Personalised guidance from trained student advisors.

Returning students participate in Intercultural Reflection Seminars, where they:

• Reflect on their experiences.
• Share insights with peers.
• Create digital storytelling projects to inspire future participants.
